Cooling-off period:

The period during which the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Customer: A natural person acting for personal, non-commercial purposes who enters into a distance contract with Manvoure.

Day: Calendar day.

Distance contract: An agreement concluded without physical contact, using an online ordering system.

Durable data carrier: Any medium that allows information to be stored and reproduced without alteration.

Right of withdrawal: The customer’s right to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.

Means of distance communication: Online communication via the website or email.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Manvoure and the customer. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

 

Article 4 – The offer

All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

Each offer includes pricing, shipping information, payment methods, delivery details, and applicable return conditions.

 

Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded once the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation by email.

 

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The product is unopened

  • The product is unused

  • The product is returned in its original sealed packaging

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

 

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened or unsealed skincare products

  • Products that are no longer in original condition

  • Hygienic goods once opened

 

Article 9 – The price

Prices listed on the website are final at the time of purchase. Manvoure reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting existing orders.

 

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

Manvoure guarantees that products conform to the agreement. Warranty is void in cases of misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

 

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

Orders are shipped within the United States.

Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

 

Article 12 – Ongoing agreements

Manvoure does not offer subscription-based or ongoing delivery agreements unless explicitly stated.

 

Article 13 – Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

 

Article 14 – Complaints procedure

Complaints must be submitted via email to support@manvoure.com within a reasonable time after discovery. We aim to respond within 14 days.

 

Article 15 – Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.


Article 16 – Changes to the Terms

Manvoure reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
