Returns

Timeframe:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we are unable to offer a refund.

Please note: Order cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after placing your order.

Important conditions:

Returns are accepted only for unused items and items that aren't bought in sale.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused
In its original, sealed packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items can not be returned.

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for store credit or exchange for free. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Refunds

Inspection & approval:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Processing time:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
