Returns
Timeframe:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we are unable to offer a refund.
Please note: Order cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after placing your order.

Returns are accepted only for unused items and items that aren't bought in sale.

Refunds
Inspection & approval:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Processing time:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
