Refund policy

At Manvoure, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Every piece is made to be worn, matched, and kept, but if something isn't quite right, we've made returning or exchanging it straightforward.

Our 30-day window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
• Returned with all tags attached and original packaging included

Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. Order cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing your order.

Choosing how to return

When you start a return through our returns portal, you'll be able to choose the option that suits you best. Each is designed to be simple and fair.

Free size exchanges

Just need a different size? Size exchanges are always free, we cover the return shipping both ways. Your original pricing is honored, so an even exchange stays even, with nothing more to pay.

Store credit

Choose store credit and you'll receive a 10% bonus on your return value, and it's issued instantly, the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier, so you don't have to wait for it to reach our warehouse.

Store credit never expires and can be used across our full range, from our Essential tees, polos, and long sleeves to our Motion Sets, trousers, and outerwear. It's the quickest way to get your value back, and it gives you a little more to spend next time.

Refund to your original payment method

You're always welcome to request a refund to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Return shipping

For exchanges to a different size, and for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is always on us.

For all other returns (a refund or a change of mind), a flat return shipping fee applies, based on your country:

Shipping Protection at checkout

At checkout, you can choose to add Shipping Protection for a small fee. It gives your order priority packing and full protection against damage, loss, or theft in transit, peace of mind that your order arrives exactly as it should. It's entirely optional.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our returns portal, with a brief description and clear photos of the issue.

In these cases the return is always free, we cover the return shipping, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund (including any original shipping) as quickly as we can.
